Can I choose my own repairer for an insurance claim?
Many insurance policies let you choose your own repairer, but some don't. Check your policy or ask your insurer. If you can choose, tell them you'd like Everyday Car Repair to do the repair and we'll work with them from there.
What if the accident wasn't my fault?
If another driver caused the accident, the repairs can usually be claimed from their insurer. We can repair your car and, if you need one, arrange a replacement car while yours is being fixed.
